About Us

Our Firm

Have you been wondering if the program you’re leading will create the business result you expect?

You’re not alone. Estimates vary from 50-70%, but the majority of programs in Corporate America fail to achieve their intended result.

Why is that? It almost always comes down to the ability of the program to engage people and bring them along on the journey. This is often known as “change management.”

So are you set up for success? Not sure?

Contact us. We can help.

How We Work

Worried about pricey consultants being embedded in your work? That’s not our model.

Our goal is simple: to help you achieve results and leave the ability to manage change with you (and your team) – where it belongs.

Of course you’ll have some larger transformations that will require people to execute. If that’s your case, we are happy to partner with you to build and implement a plan that makes sense for you.

Our approach is grounded in the science of change management and brain chemistry – taking into account your program goals, organizational culture and even individuals involved in the effort.

Here is what you can expect when working with Litner Consulting:

A Focus on Results

We know that results matter. And our goal is to help you deliver. We don’t obsess over how we do that – with a specific methodology or approach; instead we work with you to develop a solution that meets your specific needs and situation. In our typicalarrangement, we agree with you on clear objectives and measures; then design a fixed- fee agreement to achieve them. No worries about the meter running – we know what it takes to get the job done right.

An Independent View

As your partner, we will highlight to you analysis and recommendations – some of which may be popular and others that may not. All of our analysis will be grounded in facts and first hand observations from trained eyes and meant to ensure that we have a robust dialogue about the real issues on the table and more importantly, have a plan to act on them.

A Bias to Action

A beautiful strategy that sits on the shelf is worthless. Action is what creates reaction and results. So not only will we help you define your plans, we will act and guide action to make sure you see the results that we both expect.

Building Relationships

We are open, honest and transparent. We like to work with clients who are the same. Our philosophy is that we are here to help your business succeed and positive relationships are key to making that happen. We are not order takers nor will we lecture you. We do not own what you own. Instead we work with you to maximize the impact of you and your team, always looking at what we can do to help.

Speed and Responsiveness

You may notice a lot of questions – that is to help drill into the essence of your situation as quickly as possible. Once there, we focus on the critical issues that make the biggest difference to get you where you need to be.

You’ll always be able to get a hold of us. Email, telephone, text message – our consultants will respond to you in a timely manner.

Accountability

If we agree that something needs to be done, it will be done. We honor commitments and make things right when the occasional error occurs.
